Strategic Plan Work Continues: Staff Advisory Groups

The work to update our strategic plan goals continues. Last month all staff shared their feedback on emerging goals through a Thoughtexchange.

This week staff workgroups met to dig in deeper. Staff broke out by elementary, middle and high school groups for conversation. They discussed what we are currently doing to meet our goals and what we could be doing. 

There will be four advisory group work sessions to develop and recommend strategies for our strategic plan goals. 

Staff represented a broad representation of schools. Groups included HEA members, principals and central office staff.

The last advisory group will be held at the end of April. We anticipate the board will review the final goals for adoption later this spring.
